I believe everyone has unique perspectives and sees the world in their own way. The challenge of understanding the perspective of others is fascinating to me. I view learning is a way of coming to an understanding of how others have viewed and defined the world, and helping students understand these perspectives helps them understand concepts and achieve success academically. I tutor subjects like writing, theater, essays, English, literature, religions, study skills, algebra one and two, philosophy, elementary school math, psychology, and others. I also help students prepare for exams like the SAT, ACT, PSAT, and others. My interests outside of academics include participating in community theater, dancing, singing, writing, playing the piano, knitting, crocheting, and reading.
